Mike took the time to help my family locate the leak in the slab. The location, unfortunately, was in the corner underneath cabinets and granite counters. Our pool started to lose water a lot more than usual and I'm so happy that I found this company! Michael responded promptly and was able to run the diagnostics and locate the leak quickly, they have a variety of technologies to determine where the leak is! Turns out it was a pipe connecting to the pump and we were able to fix it quickly. With his technology, he was able to identify the leak under the driveway within minutes. He provided assistance with the next steps to take and even followed up after his job came. "This, in itself, saved me a lot with the correcting plumber. GREAT COMPANY!"

So, water began running out from underneath my kitchen cabinets on a 15' island. All County Leak Locators were called. Unfortunately, shiplap ran across the entire length of the kitchen island (it's a galley)... and this was over drywall. It made their ability to use their infrared device (to find the exact spot) non-effective. I couldn't remove the shiplap as we had fifty people scheduled for a baby shower the next day. So, for the one, very reasonable fee, they returned after the shower, pinpointed the exact spot, cut away precisely a section of the drywall, and diagnosed the problem. This, in itself, saved me a lot with the correcting plumber. GREAT COMPANY!
